Guess what? months ago, I shopped at this blogshop called MarchAries.
To be honest, usually the most I spent on blogshop is less than $50.
This time round, I was in shopping mode.
I ordered $80+ apparels from them. It has been 3 months and I NEVER receive my item #SAD
I opted for normal mail not because it is cheap. It is because, registered mail is not efficient.
When the postman deliver my item and when I am not at home, they will leave a delivery notice
and I have to call for redelivery (which the hotline is very hard to get in) or
I have to PICK IT UP myself at the post office which is located far away from where I live.
Anyway, I did asked SingPost about what I can do now..
They replied nothing. What's lost is lost. I can't track the parcel at all.
For the blogshop side, they didn't give me any better respond as well.
Just because I opted for normal mail, they think my parcel gone missing is not their business.
I know and totally understand that this may not be the blogshop's fault.
In fact, they did stated about this on their site.
I am not blaming them too! I am blaming myself for trusting them.
I know this is not fair but I am sorry.
From now on, I won't shop this blogshop anymore.
Duh! Truly regret spending my $80! =(
If in this case, they returned my money, I will spend more money buying apparels from them.
They can actually solved this problem and make me their loyal customer.
I would definitely praise them on my blog! =(
I did emailed them and offered my problem solving option with benefit but they refused.
Why and How did my parcel gone missing? I seriously have no idea!
It could (highlight: COULD) be because they wrote my address wrongly?
Didn't pack it nicely? Blogshop's fault? Singpost's fault?
Well, I don't even know if they did really sent out my parcel.
I don't know! Let me repeat, I don't know! #stress
In short, I am just truly dissapointed.
Because, in the past I always opt for normal mail and they always arrive to me safely.
This time round, my $80++ gone just like this. I just can't accept it.
$80++ man! T-T With that amount, I can buy 16 or more items from Qoo10 T-T
Ps: I will still shop with blogshop and opt for normal mail.
But, for sure, not with this blogshop! =(
Conversely, if you shop with Qoo10, after you ordered anything from them,
you'll see something like this;
Everything is well-organized!
It's advice that you click confirm delivery after you received your order.
You'll receive free g stamp, earn mileage or even coupon after confirming your delivery!
Btw, you can check the status of your item as well (as shown above)
If you didn't receive what you order, it is possible to get your money back!
You shop - Money goes to Qoo10 (30day) - You confirmed delivery - Seller receive the money.
Nah if you didn't confirm delivery because you didn't receive the goods,
you can try to email the management (Of course T&C applies).
After 30 day - you have received the item and you still didn't confirm delivery,
Qoo10 will assume that you've receive the item and will still give the money to the seller.
See? Ultra safe right?
I have been shopping in Qoo10 since 2 years ago!
Unless registered mail or SmartPac or TaQBin is included or else,
I WILL ALWAYS OPT FOR NORMAL MAIL and I have no issue with it.
So far, I NEVER experience any lost of parcel when I shop in Qoo10.
Of course, it's the best if you can opt for registered mail
as I can't guarantee that it's safe to send your item through normal mail too.
My experience with Qoo10:
There was once I ordered a Blackberry cover and the seller was in HongKong.
I ordered a black one, However, instead of the black one I received a silver one.
The seller said, he will send me the silver one at NO COST without even hesitating.
Which means, I don't need to return the silver one.
I don't need to spend money and ship the silver one back to him.
I don't need to pay for the shipping fee for him to send it from Hongkong to Singapore too.
In short, I was given the correct case for free!
I paid for the price of one and I received 2 covers.
